Is there a special (legal) phrase one can use to scare the telemarketers into not calling again?  For example, I heard they can&#039;t call cellphones.  Could you say &quot;this is my personal cell phone.  Don&#039;t call me on this number.&quot; and they respect that--because it&#039;s illegal...?</description>
